Learning Zone has been created to provide practical, everyday advice and information for people living with diabetes. To help us provide the right information to you, we’ll need to ask you some questions about you and your diabetes. This information helps us make sure the information we give you is relevant and clinically accurate for you.

We ask if you live with diabetes and what type of diabetes it is. We ask when you were diagnosed and how you treat your diabetes. Finally, we need to know your age, gender and postcode. All of this helps us make sure the information we give you is relevant and clinically accurate to you.

You’ll also be asked for your name and contact details when you join, including your email address. This allows us to contact you to let you know about new content on Learning Zone or to let you know about changes we make to the service.

Learning Zone won’t work without this information. As you continue through Learning Zone you’ll be asked a little more about you, your diabetes and what’s important to you.
